Myanmar Rattan and Bamboo Entrepreneurs Association Stakeholders Workshop (2) for Forest Harvest Collective Mark Certification was held on June 9, 2024 from 9 am to 4 pm at Summit Parkview Hotel  Yangon. The workshop was attended by stakeholders from Kachin State, Ayeyarwaddy Division, Rakhine State and Peer Group members from RECOFTC , PPA , WWF along with Central Executive Committee members of MRBEA and Professors from Yezin Forestry University. The workshop held discussions for formation if Internal Control System (ICS) , assessment survey results from Ayeyarwaddy and Rakhine regions, the roles of participatory guarantee system (PGS) and group discussions by the stakeholders on establishing the necessary standard and criteria for obtaining FHCM rattan certification and how to align with PGS roles by forming  Internal Control System (ICS).
